End of this year's Newsfeed
Newsfeed will be returning next fall with brand new producers and a brand new director! Congratulations to the new producers and news director and good luck on a great year next year! If you're interested in joining our team, please email the new director, Matthew Dupree, at wolv.news.director@umich.edu I just wanted to say thanks to the crew for an awesome year and I am sure it will be even better next year! I believe the blog will stay active this summer with Ann Arbor news, so keep checking back.

A Tenacious Transition
The University of Michigan's Alison Nesbitt has run as a varsity-level Wolverine for almost three years now. However, her path to the Michigan Cross-Country and Track teams was a little more unique. Michigan vs Michigan State Blood Battle
This winter, the University has teamed up with the Red Cross and Michigan State in a 2009 blood battle. Blood drives are being held across campus until February 27th so you can still sign up and donate to a great cause PLUS help beat Michigan State. (And after a rough football season against them, a philanthropic win would definitely be a great morale boost for us all!) Newsfeed's own Leslie Dickinson and Matt Dupree headed over to the Union on Friday to check out one of the drives!

WOLV's EJ Horstman on the Re-opening of the Kelsey Museum
Members of the Ann Arbor community crowded to hear Kelsey Museum Director Sharon Herbert's presentation about the opening of the newly renovated facility. In 2004 ground broke on the state of the art addition to the historical building. EJ Horstman was able to get the inside scoop on the much anticipated archeology structure.

In all honesty, the entire crew was a bit rusty, but never fear, we still had all your news...right here....the top stories of today concerned more bad news on the Gaza strip, Obama's economic plan, President Bush's press conference, flooding on South University, high success for the Men's Track & Field team and more bad weather for Michigan.
